• Cointreau and Blood Orange: A Cointreau and blood orange caramel is paired with a crisp orange chocolate layer.

• Morello Cherry, Cranberry and Pistachio: A festive pate de fruit made with Morello cherry, cranberries and vanilla is complemented by a smooth pistachio ganache

• Christmas Spiced “S’mores”: Our festive version of this sweet treat consists of a Fluffy marshmallow, light cinnamon ganache and speculoos spiced biscuit base

• Crunchy Caramel Praliné: Smooth milk chocolate encases homemade crunchy praliné layered with our signature salted caramel.
